The proposal is picking up on the super development
that’s pressuring the city of Melbourne with increased
density and increased of building height. It’s also building a model for extreme development to take place while creating spatial relationships with other high-rise development as a product of an economic extrusion.

It’s also building a model for extreme development to take place while creating spatial relationships with other high-rise development as a product of an economic extrusion.
The crux of this project is to mainly focus on how user groups can experience this extreme development as a comfortable living space. Hence, the application of landform which associated with the understanding of massive scale is implemented and then articulated with fenestration that give the massing a readable scale.
